Floweree Diversion Preliminary Engineering Report

The Sun River Watershed Group (SRWG), with funding through the US Bureau of Reclamation’s WaterSMART Collaborative Watershed Restoration Program (CWMP), seeks an engineering firm to provide a preliminary engineering report (PER) for a section of the Sun River surrounding the existing intake structure for the Floweree Canal in Teton County, Montana.

ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE

 RFQ Issue Date                                                                      December 30, 2025

Deadline for submitting questions to SRWG                         January 12, 2026, 5 pm

Questions responded to by SRWG                                        January 17, 2026, 5 pm

Deadline to submit proposal                                                   January 30, 2026, 5 pm MST

 Proposals will be reviewed and scored by a Technical Advisory Committee and top offerors may be interviewed. SRWG’s intent is to complete selection by the end of February, 2026.
