REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

PLANNING AND PRIORITIZATION FOR RESILENCE IN THE SUN RIVER WATERSHED

The Sun River Watershed Group (SRWG), with funding through the US Bureau of Reclamation’s WaterSMART Planning and Project Design Program, seeks an engineering firm to provide stream restoration planning services in the Sun River Watershed in Central Montana. The deliverable will be a watershed-scale restoration plan that incorporates past assessments and reports into a cohesive, strategic, watershed plan. Key elements will be stakeholder outreach, updates to existing plan, collection of new data, and creation of a strategic prioritization methodology.

RFQ responses are due August 27, 2025 at 5 pm Great Falls, Montana time.

There will be no site visit for this RFQ. Past studies and assessments are available HERE.

Offerors are responsible to check back to this site for updates or further information.

SRWG will post responses to questions as they are received to the extent possible. The final deadline for questions is 5 pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Questions received after the deadline will not receive a response. Responses will be posted no later than Friday, August 15, 2025.
